1. Cylinder Tube - We use cold draw seamless steel tube as per STKM13C, Finishing with inside exquisite cross horning. Those surfaces are super smooth at tolerance between SO.8 to S 3.
2. Packing - We prefer the high quality special precise product from import, which must have heat preventable, good abrasion resistance, high anticorrosion, good work condition with no leaking and long use age.
3. Piston Rod - We use material JIS S45C steel bar with hard chrome plated process and high accuracy of external diameter, surface hardness are higher than HV700. Therefore, our products as low friction, high anticorrosion, and less damage.
4. Other Component Part - Any other component part are finishing with CNC machine or milling machine. All component part are standard size, can be changeable and easy to preserve service.
5. Cylinder mounting type - We supply many types such as SD, FA, FB, CA, TC, telescopic type as well, can be installed by requested types. We also welcome to produce special types by your design.
